Preparing for delivery
A little preparation makes a big difference
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:

✓ Ensure access routes are clear
✓ Protect flooring a walkways
✓ Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery
✓ Check there is sufficient space for fully assembled cabinets
Most common issue: not enough storage space
Because your kitchen arrives fully assembled, it requires considerably more space than flat pack furniture -
We'll deliver and assist
Your kitchen will normally be delivered by a two person team

At e-kitchens we work to a week commencing date which you can select. We are unable to allow you to select a specific day of delivery.

Delivery days are advised in the week prior to delivery. An estimated time of arrival is provided the day before and the driver will call you approximatley an hour before they arrive.

Yes, all cabinets apart from extremely large ones such as corner larders and L shapes are supplied fully assembled with doors and drawers factory fitted.

Kitchens do take up a lot of room, so you need to plan ahead. Our transport team will always try to help though, so if it needs to be loaded into a garage or another room, they will assist you.

What if there's a problem?
Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery and notify us of any damage, shortages or concerns before products are installed.
This allows us to resolve any issues quickly and ensure your installation proceeds smoothly.
