Absolutely yes. Should you wish for us to check your order, you can do this pre-sale, or post sale. Simply send through your plan, and any commentary, and one of our designers will run through the order and check it to your plan. If they’ve any questions or queries, they’ll give you a call.

Once your order is placed, we typically delivery in 4 weeks, but this this is subject to extend over bank holidays, and production shut down periods. Our customer service team will always make contact with you should that occur.

Yes, we offer samples of all fascia, and worktop laminates.

No problem. Please check all items before reporting damages into us, and please do so within a week of delivery. Our fabulous team will organise a replacement to come out to you free of charge, usually within 7-10 days. Please follow our terms and conditions, for more information.

Unfortunately not, once an order is placed the kitchen is in manufacture. We can allow additional items to be ordered, but these would be subject to the full leadtime and may not arrive at the same time as the initial kitchen order.
